Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort

"Gorgeous resort right in the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. The swimming pools, lazy rivers, splash areas are over the top beautiful and well maintained. Shout out to phase II pool side wait staff who hustle in the heat and keep you hydrated! The pool side/outdoor dining bar is spacious and well staffed. Maids were wonderful. Our 3 bedroom condo on 8th floor was very comfortable full of thoughtful amenities. It had a large patio with spectacular view. Our intergenerational family has so much fun floating and swimming and walking the beach ( early morning only due to heat)."

"First time staying here and it might just be our go to place from now on in Puerto Penasco. Loved the two bedroom two bathroom condo with a full kitchen, balcony, and washer and dryer (which we used the last night to bring home clean clothes). The food at the resort was good and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The resort grounds were a pleasure to explore. We enjoyed going from the ocean to the pool back to ocean and then back to the pool with ease. Plenty of seating at both. Highest praise is our 15 year old loved it and said it was the perfect vacation."

"The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped with laundry facilities, kitchen, dishes, and fridge, making them ideal for a family vacation. However, the service was disappointing as staff frequently complained about children playing in the pools, jacuzzi, or gym. The kids' pool was extremely cold, while the adult pools were kept warm, leading to children wanting to use the warmer pools, which resulted in complaints from security. Unfortunately, there were no kids' activities available, making the hotel more suited for adults than families."
